You can leave your draft application form at any time by clicking on the 'Save and Exit' button at the bottom of the form and your work will be saved. You can return to your draft form at any time by simply logging back in with your email address and password.

If you are applying for a Small Grant (up to £5,000), you will not need to answer the questions in sections F, G, H and I. Guidance on each section is available as you progress through the form.
Copying and pasting from other word processing programs into the application form will result in you losing any formatting from your original document.
To submit your application form please ensure that you first scroll to the bottom of the final page and click the 'Review’ button. You are required to review the content of your application before you can select 'Complete', which will then submit your application to us.
You will receive an automatic email confirmation upon completion.
